Önceden varolan osteoporozun gebelikle siddetlenebilecegi, genetik yatkinliktan kaynaklanabilecegi, ya da rastlantisal olabilecegi tartisilmaktadir. Bu çalismada, klinigimizde tani ve tedavisi gerçeklestirilen bir olgudan yola çikarak, konu ile ilgili güncel bilgiler gözden geçirilmistir. The entity has been first described by Nordin and Roper in 1955. The etiology and pathogenesis has not been thoroughly understood. Preexisting osteoporosis which grows harder in gestation, or genetic tendency and idiosyncrasy have been suggested as etiologic factors. In this article the current literature was reviewed on the basis of a patient diagnosed and treated in our department.
