ABSTRACT
Wing scapula (scapula alata) is a clinical condition characterized by divergence of the medial edge of the scapula or the inferior angle of the thorax. This condition may be traumatic, iatrogenic or idiopathic. Wing scapula, as well as being a major functional problem creates serious aesthetic issue. Diagnosis is made by physical examination, the imaging and electrodiagnostic studies. The aim of this study was to discuss the diagnose and treatment of wing scapula of two different cases with the recent literature. (Turkish Journal of Osteoporosis 2014;20: 43-5)
